Horizontal forage grinder is used to grind the baled straw on a large scale. It has large grinding efficiency and high production capacity.
Full width feeding port at side, equipped with force feeder. Quick-opening access door and split thicken screen making it convenient to clean and maintain.
1. Horizontal forage grinder has the characteristics of reasonable design, easy installation, convenient operation and high productivity;
2. The grinder has full width side feeding port, equipped with horizontal force feeder, automatic control;
3. This grinder adopts pin coupling direct connection, inside built widen rotor. Super-thick wear-resistant hammers are arranged scientifically, grinding fineness is uniform;
4. Quick-opening access door of this machine makes it convenient to clean and replace the screen; split thicken screen has a larger screening area and longer service life;
5. The grinder adopts high precision balanced rotor, equipped with high quality SKF bearings, steady transmission, low noise, long operating lifespan.
Horizontal forage grinder is designed as a coarse grinding machine to processing forage bales in large scale, such as alfalfa, licorice, ryegrass, straw and other forage grass.
It has high grinding efficiency and low consumption cost. After being unbind, the grass bales are lifted by grab loader to the horizontal force feeder.
Complete forage grinding line consists of force feeder, grinder, cyclone, dust collector, auger, conveyor and control cabinet.
Professional designed three-grade discharging system ensures the high production capacity of the grinding line. Grinder, cyclone and dust collector's material discharge ratio is 50% : 30% : 20%.
Material is conveyed to the next processing by the same conveyor. The forage grinding process is controled automatically and there are no dust spilling over.
