This series of products is mainly used for the pretreatment of powder materials in rice mill, flour mill, feed mill and other industries. It can effectively clean up the wastes in powder materials, such as straw, twine, soil blocks, stones and other large impurities.
● Powder preliminary cleaner is used to clean the powder materials or break up the block materials, so that to guarantee the normal and cooperative operation of the next process equipment, then ensure the feed quality.
● Feeding port screw is designed to feed powder materials with poor fluidity; materials be hit by the screw plates then the block materials will break up; at the same time, pushed by the plates, powder material and plates make a circular motion around the inner surface of the screen cylinder to enhance the screening effect.
● At the end edge of the screen cylinder, there has an air exhausting inlet, take away the dust timly to prevent screen holes blocking.
● This machine has a simple structure, high production capacity, well cleaning effect, high opening rate of the woven screen, and low noise during operation.
Powder preliminary cleaner is a screening equipment mainly used to clean large impurities and blocks in powder.
The equipment consists of conical hole-punch screen, supporting wheel, dust collection system, transmission device and frame.
When in use, the raw material enters the smaller diameter end of the rotating cone screen from the feed port, the rotating shaft controls the rotation of the screen cylinder, and the material is screened by centrifugal force.
After sieving, the powder material is discharged through the outlet underneath the screen cylinder, and the large impurities left on the screen surface is discharged from the larger diameter end of the screen cylinder.
The powder preliminary cleaner currently used is mainly SCQZ series.
