SIMEC ultra fine pulverizer adopts unique low temperature pulverizing technology, pulverizing, air flow grading and re-pulverizing can be performed simultaneously.
Specially designed pulverizing rotor extends the life span of wearing parts.

1. Screen free structure design, no block happens while working; state of the art internal grading system realizes pulverizing, air flow grading and re-pulverizing simultaneously. Pulverizing process is efficient, controlled, low energy consumption.

SIMEC ultra fine pulverizer is widely used in feed, grain, food, environmental protection and chemical engineering industries. The machine is compact in structure, small in area, beautiful in appearance, and simple in process configuration. It is easy to clean and maintain the inside parts. The powder product has uniform fineness and high output. The machine works smoothly and steady.
SIMEC ultra fine pulverizer consists of frame, machine body (pulverizing and grading components assembly), feeder and so on. The pulverizing system includes shaft, rotor, toothed blade, gear ring and so on. The grading system includes shaft, grading impeller, etc.
Complete ultra fine pulverizing production line mainly consists of pulverizer, cyclone, pulse dust collector and fan. The pulverizer and fan are both equipped with dedicated mufflers, which can reduce the production noise by a large margin.
Raw material is fed quantitatively and uniformly from the feeder at the side of the pulverizing chamber, in there material is hit by the toothed blades on the high-speed rotating rotor and will be thrown toward the gear ring. The material is pulverized by the collision, rubbing, cutting, grinding, etc. between the toothed blades and the gear ring. The pulverized material is sucked by the negative pressure air flow and lifted to the grading impeller and being graded. The high-speed rotating grading impeller produces negative centrifugal force in the opposite direction of the negative pressure air flow. Qualified particles enter the middle of the grading impeller and being sucked into the cyclone by the negative pressure air flow. The larger particles are thrown out and dropped down to the pulverizing rotor to be pulverized again.
The fineness of the final product can be changed by adjusting the speed of grading impeller and air flow volume through the pulverizer. Reducing the speed of the grading impeller, the fineness of the final powder product becomes coarser; otherwise, it becomes finer. When the volume of air flowing through the pulverizer increases, the final powder product becomes coarser; otherwise, it becomes finer.
The negative pressure air flow can continuously take away the heat generated in the pulverizing chamber during production, greatly reducing the temperature of the equipment and materials.

General requirement for the raw material:
Raw material size ≤φ1.5mm, moisture content ≤12%, oil & fat ≤10%,crude fiber ≤6%.
When pulverizing maize at 80 mesh fineness, the qualified rate of final products reaches 95%;
When pulverizing conventional aquatic products at 80 mesh fineness, the qualified rate of final products ≥90%;
