Features:
●Independent barrel prevents the materials from brdging. With how level alarm and sight glass.
●The condidtioner is equipped with liquid injection inlets for adding steam, water or oil. The temperature of conditioned materials can reach 90℃. The moisture of materials can be adjusted to yout need.
●The rotating by-pass and pressure release holes ensures the machine is workking in a safe and stable condition.
●Valves are used to adjust steam and water adding, simple and easy.
●Twin barrels, double-shaft conditioner and conditioning time between 18 to 180 seconds, ensuring the feed are fully conditioned.
●Cutting machenism with VFD motor.
●The jacket for the barrels effectively control the temperature. It is equipped with nozzles directly into the extruder chamber for addition of steam and water.

Aquatic feed pellet extruder is specially designed equipment for aquatic pellet extruding. It can be widly used to the feed producing for fish, shrimp and other aquatic species. Pellets made by aquatic extruder can remain in the water for a long time. During processing, high temperature will effectively kill bacterias such as colibacillus and salmonella contain in the raw materials. The process approach to facilitate the protein denaturation and starch gelatinization making the feeds easier to be digested and absorbed.
