Description

Hammer mill of this feed mill line can grind most of feed raw materials into powder, such as grains, beans, chopped grass, etc.. After being ground, the material will be mixed with feed additives and ingredients sufficiently by feed mixer. This feed mixer has specially designed two discharging ports. From one port, the mixed material can be bagged directly as powder mash feed. Through another port, the mixed material will be conveyed to SFPM250 pellet mill and made into 2-8 mm diameter poultry or livestock feed pellets. SIEMENS standard main motor and single motor belt driving system ensure the SFPM250 pellet machine stable operation.

Before being pelletized, the feed ingredients need to be conditioned by steam. The steam volume can be controlled by adjusting the steam valve on the conditioner. Both the screw feeder and the conditioner are made of ss304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant.

The screw feeder feeding speed is adjustable, making the feed pellet line suitable to process raw materials with different hardness, viscosity and density.

The whole feed pellet line can be controlled by the electric cabinet, on the cabinet panel shows the entire pellet line flow diagram.
