Suitable for large impurity removal in a material receiving system in feed mills, flour mill, rice mill, and grain storage facilities, etc.
● Horizontal cantilever screen cylinder is adopted. Screen cylinder is divided into feeding section and discharging-sieving section. The use of different combination of screen holes can get ideal sieving efficiency;
● Adverse feeding type is adopted. The discharging section of screen cylinder is fitted with screw, which increases actual sieving length, reaches sufficient sieving effect and effectively prevents impurities from carrying clean materials;
● The structure of inner sieving and outer brush cleaning is adopted. The fiber impurities and paddy straw are discharged in the shape of ball through guide screw and are cleaned automatically and reliably;
● The screen is composed of several parts. This design increases the life span of screen, and decrease the cost to replace the entire screen once when any part is broken. Only broken part of screen need to be replaced.
● It has low power, high capacity, smooth and reliable running, convenient screen replacing and maintenance , compact structure and less floor space;
Rough and preliminary cleaning is employed when receiving grain, maize, raw rice and other granule raw material.
SIMEC SCY series Granule Preliminary Cleaner is designed to screen and eliminate large impurities from the raw materials, protecting the subsequent processing machine equipment from damage. Suitable for large impurity removal in a material receiving system in feed mills, flour mill, rice mill, and grain storage facilities, etc.
It is consist of perforated cylindrical hole screen, cleaning brush, gearing device, frame and induced draft part. Raw materials get into the screen cylinder through feeding tube, the edge of the screen cylinder is closed. The entire screen cylinder is cantilever supported by main shaft . The screen cylinder is seperated to front and rear parts, the part close to the shaft adopts 20mm*20mm square holes, which makes the granuales get through the screen quickly; while the part close to the impurity outlet adopts 13mm*13mm square holes to prevent large imprities get through the holes and mixed in the grains. In this part of the screen, guiding screw panels are installed to discharge the impurities to the impurity outlet. In order to prevent the screen holes from blocking, a cleaning brush is equipped on the frame, and aspiration system is adopted for assistant cleaning. This cleaner has simple structure and large unit area capacity, the cleaning effect is good, the impurity contains less grain, the replacement of the screen is convenient, and takes less space.
